Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Staff Mobile Engineer with 15+ years of Android development experience to lead customer-facing app initiatives.
Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
15+ years shipping Android apps using Kotlin/Java.
Expertise in mobile architecture, UI/UX frameworks, and performance optimization.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile release processes.
Technical lead for 6+ month projects spanning multiple teams.
Proven track record mentoring junior/mid-level engineers.
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in startup environments launching 0-to-1 products.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic settings.
Passion for mobile tech and delivering exceptional user experiences.
3+ years leading high-performance engineering teams.
Integration experience with 3rd-party platforms and service providers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building systems in the automotive industry.
Experience with mobile app testing, experimentation frameworks and automation frameworks.
Experience with cloud technologies and services, such as AWS or Azure.
Manufacturing/automotive environment experience.
CI/CD pipeline integration for mobile workflows.
Customer-facing app development experience.
