Work Time - 2:00/3:00 PM to 10:30/11:00 PM

Build, enhance, administer and maintain related applications and services hosted in Azure cloud, including EntraID, M365, Teams.

Build, enhance, administer and maintain Windows server, Active Directory and related infrastructure and services hosted in AWS cloud.

Understanding of DNS infrastructure as it relates to mail routing and security.

Reviewing email and audit logs for troubleshooting email issues, analyzing mail delivery problems, and developing compliance rules, mail routing rules, and complex addressing and aliases.

Leverage technology (i.e. AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, GitHub, Jenkins etc.) to automate and build “infrastructure as code” and CI/CD pipelines to support new and existing applications. Ensure that the target design accounts for disaster recovery and business continuity.

Set up and administer infrastructure and systems, such as Windows server, Active Directory, SCCM, Virtual Desktop (Amazon Workspaces), shared drives (FSx), public key infrastructure (PKI) etc.

Experience with management of third-party IdP and other external system integrations with Microsoft products

Automate workflows to improve accuracy, security, and operational efficiency.

Leverage the appropriate technology (like Windows server logs, AWS CloudWatch, Elasticsearch/Kibana) to gather metrics and monitor the health/utilization of the infrastructure, and ensure high availability.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, end user facing documents, run books and production change records.

Support the corporate network team.

Assist Tier1 corporate support in troubleshooting and addressing technical incidents and end user issues such as provisioning, de-provisioning, access, and configuration as needed.

Perform root cause analysis, and contribute to solutions for ongoing improvements.

Participate in 24x7 support as necessary.

Ability to listen, communicate, evaluate, problem solve in a multi tasking team environment.

Experience in configuration, management and maintenance of Azure cloud infrastructure and services like Entra ID, M365, Teams, Exchange Online, including security and compliance settings.

Experience with reviewing email and audit logs for troubleshooting email issues. And critically thinking through mail delivery problems with compliance rules, mail routing rules, and complex addressing and aliases.

Experience in configuration, management and maintenance of AWS cloud infrastructure and services like IAM, EC2, Security Groups, VPC, Internet Gateways, Transit Gateways, Route53, RDS, S3, EBS, ALB, FSx, Amazon Workspaces etc.

Experience in IaaS tools like AWS CloudFormation & Terraform.

Experience in build, configuration, tuning, securing, patching and maintenance of Windows Servers. Experience with setting up infrastructure from scratch and/or migrating infrastructure from on-prem to the cloud.

Experience with infrastructure and services like Windows server creation & setup, Active Directory, SCCM, MS365, setting up PKI (CAs and related services).

Excellent understanding of Active Directory identity and security, group policy objects, Windows file shares (FSx or equivalent), Patching/SCCM

Experience with automation frameworks, CI/CD, Jenkins, Bamboo or Concourse and usage in conjunction with IaaC automation tools and source code management software like Github.

Experience in authenticating and connecting PowerShell to M365 and Exchange, and automating functions using scripts.

Experience in other scripting languages like Python, Ruby, Go or Perl is a plus.

Experience in core infrastructure services like DNS, NTP, Kerberos, Radius, LDAP, SMTP, CIFS, DHCP.

Experience in writing technical documentation, including design documents, end user facing documents, and run books.

Experience with system monitoring and related metrics.

Experience handling production incidents.

Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills to peers and managers.
